In partnership with Educational Research and Development Assistance (ERDA) Foundation, Inc., spearheaded by Dolora H. Cardeño, Executive Director, Sandra P. Dichoso, Program Operations Manager, Edlyn Burgonio, Communications and Social Marketing Manager alongside Dr. Adrienne D. Veloso Director of Extension Services Division of ISATU and other partner institutions: John B Lacson Maritime University, SPUI, STOP conducts trainers training among adult an d youth leaders in Panay Area called “Mag-HR kita” (HR stands for Human Rights) at Iloilo Science and Technology University.

The objectives of this project are: Children and youth will learn more about their rights especially the right to education and their responsibility to study, the community will become more supportive of the children and youth who would like to exercise their rights especially their right to study, and adult as well as youth leaders will develop to become good trainers.
The training started last February 11, 2023 and had its graduation ceremony as beneficiaries have completed the training seminar on July 26, 2023. On course of the training different topics where discussed and listed as follows: Myself, Sectoral Issues, Situationer, Childrens Rights, Human Rights, Theater Arts, Organizing, Strengthening, Organized Sector and Networking, Partnership, Coordinator.

Throughout training, the beneficiaries have been inspired by exceptional speakers, engaged in meaningful discussions, and delved into thought-provoking exercises. As the beneficiaries have learned that success is not a destination but an ongoing journey one that requires constant self-improvement, adaptability, and a burning desire to excel. This seminar was not merely a fleeting training; it was a catalyst for transformation a stepping stone towards greatness.
