Entrance Requirements

For Graduating Students
1. Certification from the Principal that the applicant is a candidate for graduation
2. Registration Fee – Php 250
3. High School Card – Photocopy

For Transferees
1. Print out of Grades certified correct by the Registrar
2. Registration Fee – Php 250

For Students who Graduated in Secondary Education
1. Certificate of Good Moral Character
2. High School Card
3. Registration Fee – Php 250
